Financial Advisory

We advise private companies on critical strategic and financial matters related to a transaction. Such advice may or may not be provided in connection with a proposed transaction. Our advice is informed by our management consulting practice, which gives us insights into important issues that affect transactions.

Financial advisory services include development of strategies to create value, which may include acquisitions, preparation or review of business plans and financial projections and planning for a capital raise.

Valuations

We independently assess the value of companies using analysis of discounted cash flow, and comparable transactions and publicly traded companies. Our assessments are supported by the strategic and operational insights learned from our management consulting and venture capital activities.

IPO Advisory

We help private companies prepare to go public by providing analysis of the timing and valuation of a proposed IPO. We make introductions to underwriters and other outside advisors such as law and accounting firms to prepare a company to go public.

Operations Improvement

VENTURE CAPITAL

We offer venture capital through our subsidiary, MobileSolve Venture Partners, and ITX International Holdings, Inc., the U.S. venture investment and business development vehicle of ITX Corporation, a publicly traded investment firm in Japan.

Our focus is wireless, and we invest in all parts of the value chain. We will lead syndicates, and will invest up to $2 million in any single round with a maximum of $5 million invested in any one company. We prefer Series A and Series B financings.
